1. Dispatch & Packaging Standards

Every artifact leaving our Brighton workshop is securely prepared using plain, reused, or recycled cardboard boxes and eco-friendly recycled dark poly mailers. Items feature custom hanging tags, kraft card paper wrapping sealed with a logo sticker, and a personal thank-you card inside—combining robust protection with zero corporate waste.

2. Shipping Methods & Logistics

We ship securely across the United Kingdom via Royal Mail, Parcel Force, and DPD services:

• Free Tracked UK Delivery: Automatically applied to all orders at checkout (£0.00). Dispatched promptly within 1–2 working days with full tracking details provided upon dispatch.
• Territorial Limitation: Vulticfoundry dispatches strictly to United Kingdom addresses. We do not offer international shipping.

3. Returns & Statutory Right to Cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the statutory right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your delivery without providing a reason.

• Change of Mind Returns: Buyers must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs. Returned items must be dispatched back in their original condition and packaging.
• Faulty or Damaged Items: Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item arrives damaged or faulty (outside of documented Workshop Outlet character notes), Vulticfoundry will cover reasonable return postage costs and issue a full refund.
